The ModFy system is intelligent and automated, capable of distinguishing between legitimate login operations and attempts at account sharing. Unlike rigid solutions, ModFy doesn’t simply block suspicious access. Instead:
- It analyzes the context of each login.
- It validates whether the device and Steam user comply with the original records.
AAA Security Standard
It detects the execution of malicious applications that may try to bypass the system or compromise the experience. If malicious behavior is identified, the system will automatically terminate its operation and that of the platform’s mods.
Depending on the detected application, ModFy can generate a report containing:
- Name and information of the blocked application.
- ModFy account user.
- Date and time of the event.
The security system analyzes these reports automatically and, in case of a Terms of Use violation, applies immediate measures. ModFy can impose restrictions on the user’s account—such as limited access—reinforcing security and ensuring compliance with platform rules.
